Does anyone use Equator? I've heard lenders requiring it for agents--it's a software platform that alot of lenders and servicers are using to automate their various default and loss mitigation processes. You submit once and it stays in the system permanently no more lenders lying that they didn't get the papers.

I've been researching and it's the only software I could find for short sales, does anyone recommend any other technology? And no, I don't work for them.
